The wires are damaged, and I think the reason is because the walls are dry all the time. Another problem we have is with the floor above, which is also damaged, and we are far from satisfied with the service you offered. The best solution would be for us to change all the wires and the damaged floor. It is essential that we have the damages repaired as soon as possible, because the number of costumers is decreasing, as a result of this unpleasant situation. Unless you can fulfill our complaints efficiently, we will have to look for another supplier to refit our supermarket chain.
