Rule 1: Use Style: such as Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, Heading 4, Normal, body.

Rule 2: Never use menu to style documents. Do not choose fonts, font size, color, bold, center-

alignment, etc. from word menu. Exception: the cover page.
