Go to Equipment Master : IE02

Additional data tab

Document “RK” got assigned to Equipment.

Assigning Document to Task List:

Select the operation and Click on PRT

Click on document button

Enter details

Click ok

Promts an warning message – DRM doc is not a PRT. Fine

IF doc type is PRT we will not sethie warning message. Click ok

Doc ia added to operation 0010. Save

Assigning an PRT to Operation 0020

Click ok

Cat – type “o”

For operation – 0010 , cat type “D” document

Assigning DRF – PRT eng /design drawing as document

Go to tasklist : pump : 0010

Click on PRT

RAMA PRT s displayed. Fine.

Select : environment > documents > display originals

Click on images…
