Once login, please click on ‘Maintenance’ tab

Click on ‘Tree Inspection File-Upload’ tab

Your school page which will look similar to below page:
Select
Date of Report
Report Type
Locate File Upload

Select ‘Date’ of the receipt of the report or document.

Select ‘Report Type’ from below available selections.
There are four (4) options available to select from:1) Arborist Report – New or Updated2) An Invoice received from Arborist relating to trees on school site3) An updated School Site Map with Tree locations4) Any other advices

Once ‘Report Type’ option is selected………then, click on ‘Browse’ to find your file from your computer.
Select the file, you want to upload and click ‘Open’.File renaming is conducted automatically.

Click ‘Upload’ button, to activate collection/upload of your file on to FMWeb.

Once ‘Upload’ is clicked, the file will be uploaded as shown below screen shot.

Please upload digital copies of maximum 10MB size only.Wherever possible, please avoid uploading of scanned PDF Files.
The list will increase as you upload the files and an email confirmation will be sent to school’s email account about upload with CC to [email protected]

All the uploaded files on FMWeb can be viewed by the Principals through ‘AMS on the Web’.This may take few days to transfer the files from FMWeb to AMS.
