    1. Purpose and Objective

    The +ffice of +rgani,ational ffectiveness of Bulloch County Schools

    ABCS e=tends this offer for implementation of an assessment

    development and management system% The chosen assessment

    management application )ill provide accurate data on ho) students# both

    individually and collectively# are progressing on the implementation of the

    Common Core eorgia 7erformance Standards A$ath and !" and the

    eorgia 7erformance Standards AScience and Social Studies in real time%

    The assessment management application needs to be5

    future technological innovations in multiple formats% "ccessible5 The information in the "ssessment $anagement System must be available

    to students# parents# teachers# and administration% The system must accommodate
