INTRODUCTION

The location of Richmond collects the prosperous energy of the River Thames and has attracted many people of great wealth and nobility over the centuries. Former monarchs such as Queen Elizabeth, King Henry, King George, Queen Mary have all resided here. More recently, former Prime Minister Winston Churchill plus the famous Goldsmith family have also had residences in Richmond. Currently Zac Goldsmith is the Conservative member of parliament or Richmond Park. Richmond has a lot of greenery and trees. There are many Famous mansions and gardens in Richmond.

In Feng Shui classics, the River Thames is like a water dragon and therefore provides wealth chi to its towns and cities. For this reason, it is no accident that London is one of the top financial centers of the world - this is the same positive chi that supports Richmond and Isleworth which is where Fitzroy Gate is located. In Feng Shui it is advantageous to be able to directly tap the energy of the water, being near the water is to be near the source of chi.

Fitzroy gate is built right next to the River Thames, and this is a guarantee of prosperity and wealth chi. Wealth and prosperity can be expected for residents here.

The internal structure includes three acres of private park and gardens. In the middle of this is a small lake in the shape of a half moon. In the middle of the lake, is a fountain spraying water, providing a source of active positive yang water. All the Houses are designed around the gardens. From Feng shui perspective this conforms to the bagua principle. Water represents the source of yang chi. The garden and greenery represents the source of yin chi.

London receives the positive forms of the River Thames and has become one of the financial centers of the world for many centuries, a proof of the wealth creating capacity of positive forms Feng Shui. The Feng Shui classics state, “If there are many types of waters, no matter what period of time, there will always be prosperity”. Fitzroy has many real water (Thames River) and roads (virtual water) surrounding it. Having the big rounded columns on the side of the front door serves as protection for the entire household. This is “Receiving

protection the dragon on the left and tiger on the right”. This added protection ensures no negative energy would enter. This is a very auspicious formation naturally built into the structure of the house.

In Feng Shui principles, creating prosperity is a first priority, we aim to have prosperity first. Richmond road has “Jade belt formation surrounding the waist”which is a prosperity formation in Feng Shui, it surrounds this Fitzroy Gate development. Jade belt formation represents a nobility formation. This means the residence will gain more advancement, nobility and status.

From Tai Chi comes duality, from duality is major and minor yin and yang, from these come the bagua of trigrams.

Everything from the universe is born from this bagua, all things in the world can be seen from this.

Kun represents mother earth giving birth to and supporting everything in the world. If kun supports everything, isn’t it good to live in this type of land?

In Classical Feng Shui texts, it does indeed say houses located in Kun Kua receive the blessing of the Kun Kua.

On the grounds there is a small cemetery in the kun direction. Birth, old age, sickness and death are the cycles of life and are a natural phenomenon.

The Kun direction provides eternal peace for the deceased. They will rest in peace as Yin and Yang are in balance, and Yin and Yang in balance means it will provide prosperity for the living also.

Feng shui eliminates negative chi by blocking and shielding as a method. At House 31 you only see trees and greenery, not the grave, so it has been blocked by positive greenery. Any negative energy will already be blocked and dissolved by the greenery in front.

At House 31 you can see lush trees and greenery. These trees and greenery can dissolve any sha chi (negative energy) that is there.

The cemetery is on the other side of the trees, so any potential negative energy will be countered and will not be a problem to any residents, it cannot be of any harm as it is enclosed by the greenery.

In Yang house Feng Shui (Yang House is for human residents, Yin House is graveyard Feng Shui), the front door is the most important factor, it is the main door that receives the chi, it is the determining factor for the prosperity of the house.

Even if you can see the cemetery from upper levels, it will not receive the energy from the cemetery, so it is fine. Chi only enters from the ground floor. The whole house

will prosper ; although upstairs can see the grave, the upstairs is not the place which receives the chi, so it is not important, it is the front door that is most important as it receives the chi. The door of House 31 is in Kun mountain which belongs to the water element. The cemetery door belongs to the metal element.

Ancient Feng Shui Master Lai Po Yee’s Transference of Positive Chi formula says that metal growing water is considered a prosperous formation, this means the cemetery entrance is actually of benefit to you the residents because of this prosperity formation.

The usage of Feng Shui is to negate anything bad to beneficial energy, it can change negative to positive.

Here is a good example of how to transform any potential negatives into prosperity energy, and something positive.

Of these, three are the best - Eternal Life, Nobility Arrival and Prosperous Emperor. At House 31, the house is facing the 5th direction Prosperous Emperor direction which is one of the most prosperous directions (Kun monkey direction, the birthplace of water).

In the view of the development overall, Gate A receives Kun Tai Sui or Hat phase water. Water goes out in the weak location Gate C which is what we want.

This is collecting positive chi and perfect feng shui.This is why Fitzroy is a high class luxury establishment, the Feng Shui has positive formations.

House 31 is governed by the water cycle. It is direct facing Prosperous Emperor, then receiving Hat water and the water is exiting at phase 6 Aging. This is the correct direction to improve health, so living here you will also improve your health!

The shape of house 31 is slightly smaller at the front and bigger at the back. This is the shape which is good for storing money, or saving money. It is known as a “pocket shape”.

The front entrance flying star has a 9 facing star which is one of the best flying stars Feng Shui from now. It is the star of inspiration, creativity, innovation, good relationships, promotions, good tidings, happy events and positive news. Happy events means marriage, having a child, getting promotions, celebrations of positive things.

The 9 Purple star is also a star of fame, popularity, brilliance, beauty and glory. This is a feel good star number and will bring happiness to the entire household. When people live in a house with this 9 star as the facing star at the front door, they will receive all the positive Chi from this star.

The staircase has the best combination of stars 1, 4. This means the chi going up the stairs to the bedrooms upstairs will carry the 1, 4 Chi with it. Star 1 carries with it the chi of wisdom and intelligence. Star 4 is the star for academic success. To have both of these stars in combination on the staircase means all this chi of intelligence, wisdom and academic success will be going up to the bedrooms of the upper floors.

The Master bedroom benefits from the 9, 3 Flying star combination known as Intelligent Children combination. This is good for conceiving children and giving birth. It is also good for raising intelligent children.

The mountain star 9 also represents rise in status and promotions for the occupiers of this room. It is a good Flying Star combination to have in the master bedroom.
