What I have learned from the experience

I learned the process within the construction, how the construction works, what

are the difficulties they encountered. I was given a preview on my possible job in

the future. They taught us skill which will be very useful in the future. They

assigned us in different departments like the planning department, commercial,

TSG, Health and Safety etc.

My experience with the people inside the company

The people inside the company are all great people, they are very approachable

and always ready to teach us new things and they also help us grow as an

individual. They became not just our supervisors but also our friends who we can

approach whenever we have problems regarding !T, they also gave us some

advice in school and life.

speak their mind. If they have $uestions or problems don%t be shy to ask or seek

guidance from their supervisor. &on%t be afraid to commit mistakes because

through this they will be able to learn a lot
