Do a thorough literature study of fantasy play (you may use any applicable sources ).Now observe a group of children playing fantasy play .Discuss the value of fantasy play for the development of the child.?

Answer 1:

To understand the brief importance of fantasy play in child life, I called my friends to visit me along with their toddlers. I organise a room with full of toys. Based on actual demonstration following are my observation:

1. Imitation: Children copy every aspects of adult life world from the “way of talking or scolding” to “pretending an angry father”. It can have a good impact as well as bad impact on them. As an educator we have to explain them in every act that what is right or wrong. Sometimes they show their feelings while playing fantasy games that clearly reflects their state of mind.
