Damage Count Warehousing vs.Techteam
Analyzing the Data Gathered
Compared last week 4S( Broken pallet before enteringASRS) has now the large
percentage of damagecontributor followed by 4Q(Substandard placement ofstretch film caught onconveyor) which needs moreconcentration on how to

Next Action………..
•
Already proven that the manual stretch wrapping has a great effecton the damage accumulation at asrs
This problem can be minimized by verifying the no. of turns beingmade during manual stretching =( on going) or by following the patternduring auto stretch wrapping :
•For 4s (Broken pallet before entering ASRS) = the pallet ownershould verify or making sampling if all the pallets are in good conditionwhile delivering it to palletizers and on other areas.
•For 4F (Mis calculation on VTL while manually operated/centering
pallet on VTL ) this requires more visible markings that would help thepersonnel while centering the pallets
