What is the Mentoring Program?
The origins of mentoring can be traced back to Greek mythology
when Odysseus placed the care of his son, Telemachus, in
the hands of his old friend Mentor. Since then, the concept of
placing a younger person in the care of an older and wiser
individual has played an important role throughout history.
