Entrance Models for 3-Section Matting System

This is an ideal system for the places where the outdoor mats can not be placed in front of the access route.

For Section 1 : Asmat's Hippo or Elephant model outdoor mats combined with rubber , cassette brush or aluminum scrapers can be used.

For Section 2 : Asmat's Hippo or Elephant model indoor mats combined with rubber , cassette brush or ribbed carpet can be used.

For Section 3 : Asmat's indoor mats can be preferred.

This is an ideal system for the places with an elevation difference or for the covered outdoor areas with a narrow doorway.


For Section 2 : Asmat's Hippo or Elephant model outdoor mats combined with rubber , cassette brush or ribbed carpets can be used.


Outdoor mats placed right in front of the entrance is followed by indoor mats for providing a clean walking route.


For Section 2 : Asmat's Hippo or Elephant model indoor mats combined with rubber , cassette brush or carpet can be used.

Asmat entrance mats are manufactured in 2 different models ; Elephant and Hippo.

Hippo mats are made of non-anodized aluminum profiles with 20 mm height and serve for medium duty use while Elephant mats aremanufactured with anodized profiles at 13 mm of height and suitable for heavy duty use.

Both models can be combined with rubber, cassette brush or ribbed carpet inserts placed onto the aluminum profiles which connected one another with rubber connectors or stainless steel wires or aluminum scrapers. Different configurations of those components let the production of variable mats which met the requirements of Customers in a perfect way.

Entrance mats can be manufactured at the required dimensions and equipped with different types of frames for recessed and surface applications.

Regular maintanence and cleaning programme will help to get satisfactory cleaning results and also extend the useful life of mat systems . Cleaning frequency and the material is decided in conformity with the level of soiling.

MAINTANENCE & CLEANING

ENTRANCE MAT APPLICATIONS

Weak Soiling : Can be cleaned with a powerfulvacuum cleaner.

Heavy Soiling :In addition to cleaning method of mid soiling,mat can be washed with a high pressure washer and placed back after getting dried a little while.

Mid Soiling : After cleaning the surface of the matwith a powerful vacuum cleaner , matcan be moved / rolled for sweeping the bottom part with a broom.

In Elephant models , profile gap is 5 mm and goes up to 10 mm if aluminum scraper is required. Elephant models serve for heavy duty use.

In Hippo Model , 8 mm profile gap can be scaled down to 5 mm as per Customer's inquiry. If aluminum scraper is inquired , profile gap will be 18 mm.
