2. INTERVIEW / POST INTERVIEW FEEDBACK :
The interview can be arraned for the
vacancies at our office or can be at your office as per your convenience% The post interview
feedback about the candidate needs to be shared, with your comments irrespective of the
candidate bein re:ected or short listed% The intention is to enhance our &uality of service%
3. SOURCING / COORDINATION AND CORRESPONDANCE WITH CANDIDATE:
It is the sole responsibility of NI Consultin Services 9-2 *td%, tosource the candidate as per the specifications provided by you throuh your mail% NI Consultin
Services 9-2 *td%,will take the responsibility to et involved riht from coordinatin the
interviews of the candidate till the date of :oinin of the short listed candidate%

till the date of :oinin of the candidate into your orani)ation% This is with the motive to avoid
miscommunication at any level%
NICS does not provide any backround check facilities and these
would need to be done separately by the hirin orani)ation%
4. VALIDIT OF PROFILES1
Any profile 8 candidate sent by us if in any case doesn7t be0fit
the position offered and thus ets re:ected, the resume of that candidate should be returned to NI
Consultin Services 9-2 *td%, and if the candidate is found to be potential and short listed for
future assinments if any, the resume will carry a validity period of one year and in the event of
this candidate bein offered an employment in your esteemed concern NI Consultin Services
9-2 *td%, shall raise an invoice and is entitled for -rofessional Service Chares at rates &uoted
below and areed upon%
!. CONFIDENTIALIT / DISPUTE1
NI Consultin Services 9-2 *td%,undertakes and
commits to maintain utmost confidentiality about the information provided and expects the same
from your end%
Any dispute arisin out of this areement, only the courts exercisin :urisdiction
and situated in Chennai alone shall be resorted to%

REPLACEMENTS1
If the candidate placed by us leaves the orani)ation within three months from the date of
:oinin on his own, NI Consultin Services 9-2 *td%, shall provide a replacement without
charin the -rofessional Service chares%
This free replacement will not be applicable if the candidate is terminated by your
orani)ation%
Incase the replacement cannot be provided the amount received as $ecruitment Chares
would be refunded
