I am Ashton born and bred and was educated at Hurst Methodist Junior and Hartshead Secondary Schools. I am a Town Planner working in Local Government.

Labour have failed the people of Ashton, leaving each of you with over £22,000 of debt. Never before has this country owed so much money. This

is a direct result of Labour’s failings.

This has been compounded by their failure to recognise what they have done; or having recognised their failure to apologise for it. Instead they only believe in throwing more and more of your money at any pet project. The only way they can do this is to increase the amount of money they

take off you. Having done this they take it for granted that they will be elected time and time again.

I will never take your vote for granted. My pledge to you is to work hard for all residents alongside my colleague Cllr. Richard to ensure that you have a Council which acts in a prudent and responsible manner.
