Tickets $15 (VIP) noon admission

$10 (space available) after 1pm

Ticket includes tasting glass and 2 tasting tickets

Extra tasting tickets may be purchased from station 3 oreither bar. ($2 each or 6 for $10)

Taste samples are either 1/2 oz (for a couple very rare items), 3 cl

(stardard unless noted otherwise) or 6cl and are pre-set for each

beer.

Ashleys Ann Arbor is not a big space so please be considerate

of other guests. Once you get a sample pour please allow othersaccess to the pouring station.

Each station will have no more than 10 open bottles at any one

time. Once a bottle is nished the next guest can choose what to

open.

Vintage Beer

Vintage dating of beer is rare but a few, typically high gravity or

bottle conditioned, beers are dated and meant to be aged. Like

ne wine or port, these beers change as they age. Time allows for

various avors and characteristics that are not immediately present(vanilla, sherry, earthiness) to emerge and develop, while others

(hops, spices, booziness) mellow or fade altogether. A loss of

carbonation is typical. Some beers meant for aging were even

bottled still (with no carbonation) such as Sam Adams Triple Bock

and Utopias.

On a few beers we have multiple vintages available (a verticalarrangement). You are encouraged to sample multiple vintages of

the same beer to taste how the beer has changed over time. Enjoy

this unique opportunity!

Close-out Special

After 3:30pm we will not be opening any new bottles but all

remaining beers will be served as a double pour until the bottle isnished.

We know guests would like them

but it is not technically legal and we

want to put them up on our shelves todisplay. You are free to take pictures

and post them on your facebook page.
