Ashley Fabbri The opportunity to continue a successful position in the interior design

industry while exhibiting my skills with clients, sales and product knowledge, by moving into a design position within Ethan Allen, interests and excites me as I prepare to begin my professional career.

I say “professional” because I have been with Ethan Allen for over a year and worked steadily throughout college, gaining valuable experience that equips me to present Ethan Allen with advantages others may not offer.

For example, as a sales associate with a kitchen and comprehensive design center, I acquired strong sales and interpersonal skills. I am now able to think quickly in demanding situations and in those requiring quick assessment of many factors in order to make appropriate decisions. Dealing with the diverse concerns of clients and vendors, I have become adept at operating with the proper mix of authority, diplomacy, and tact.

My experience within Ethan Allen and my degree in interior design provided me with a thorough foundation in principles that affect projects and business every day.
