Ashely Dashner has been a Physical Therapy Assistant with American Senior Communities for 13 years. She came to ASC right after graduation and transferred to Creekside Village in 2018.

Ashley was nominated by many of her fellow teammates and our residents due to her compassion for others, respect for all, positive attitude and her outstanding customer service.

“Ashley puts her whole heart into her work every day and it shows” stated a fellow teammate. “Ashley helped me get to where I am today and even though I am not on her case load any longer, she still checks in on me — it makes me feel special,” stated one resident. She is a walking billboard of ASC’s CARE values.

Not only does Ashley work full time at Creekside Village, she is also a mother to three beautiful children, who are active in sports and extracurricular activities. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and crafting. She has a love for anything that brings out her creativity. Ashley is also the founder of “Judi’s Angels”, an organization that she started in honor of her grandmother. Her mission is to bring compassion back to healthcare. She creates life size angel wings made from artificial flowers. These wings hang inside several area long term care facilities and honor fellow health care workers for their compassionate care. Her favorite quote and motto for life is “Bloom where you are planted”.
