PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a project lead engineer responsible for IT network support for Hyderabad Regions. Day to day operational support & maintenance of Syndicate bank network. Performing Level 1 & Level 2 troubleshoot with P’15 access. Configuring Routers (3800, 3700, 2911, 1900, 1800 and 1700 series) & Switches (2960 & 2950). Configuring BGP, EIGRP, Tunnels, IP access list standard secure. Making two Mpls links operational on BGP with two different AS Numbers. Resolving routing issues, LAN unreachability and Crypto issues. Route diversions by changing administrative distance & firing ISDN, PRI links. Providing technical assistance to the field resources of different service providers of syndicate bank like Reliance,

BSNL, Airtel, Hughes, Wipro, HCL. Monitoring links is BMC remedy, HCL dashboard and WhatsApp Gold proactively for immediate action. Troubleshooting Routers, switches to diagnose the issue and raising trouble ticket in service desk with Cisco TAC

for raising RMA device. Coordinating with Network operation centre L3 team for major configuration changes and maintenance activities. Coordinating with end user as well as service providers to close the issues with remote assistance. Providing telephonic and Email based support to DC/DR/HUB location clients. Escalating the issues to concern team and next level of support based on the severity of the issue. Coordinating closely with ISP for link issues to ensure less downtime. Following up with different vendors of Syndicate bank for implementing and provisioning links. Taking backup of all network devices on daily, weekly, monthly basis. Daily health check and monitoring network devices and WAN links. Preparing day end and isolated reports and sharing to DC/DR/HUB team for proper documentation.
