• Reviewed current EDU 324 Instructors (Top 10 were both Fulltime and AF)

• Reviewed IQR (Instructor Quality Review) Scores

• Conducted a “walk-through” for each of Instructor

• Removed those who were not up to standards

• Praised the Rock Stars & asked them to contribute (Webinar)

• Sent email to ALL EDU 324 Instructors “Save the Date” Webinar

• Requested input

• Took an even deeper dive into the EOCS Comments…

EOCS Comments• This class offered a great learning experience. I really enjoyed this class.

• I really liked how the instructor presented the discussions and the assignments, which allowed me to retell the events in the History of Education in the United States. At least I knew what events were important why, and when and how.

• The teacher did not return assignment grades and feedback in a timely manner.

• I love this class. I think that this one would be my second favorite so far. My instructor was very helpful and interacted with her students fabulously. I found this class to be very interesting and informative. Loved it.
