Various possible layouts for any range of tubes and any kind of application: simple transport, tube sorting, machine feeding, non destructive control apparatuses.
For any kind of application, scarf expulsion, swarf chopping, tube drying. They are particularly efficient in preventing tube corrosion, specially for plants close to the sea. They can be applied to blow one tube at a time, to reblow tubes more than one time, to blow multiple tubes simultaneously or to blow entire bundles of tubes.
HANDLING SOLUTIONS BLOWING SOLUTIONS
A simple facing or a complete chamfer can be realized, with one or multiple heads working at the same time, even with tube length trimming. In this way all the required performances can be achieved.
A rainbow of colors is available for different purposes such as: tube transparent protection, corrosion protection, aesthetics panting. They can integrate shot blasting machineries. Standard or custom paint/varnishes can be used according to customer needs.

Manual rigs for punchings, flattenings, end formings combining various kinds of hydraulic units to make if possible all workings in one stage. These equipments are supplied with hydraulic installation on board of the equipment with flexible pipes and, if requested, distributors with quick connection fittings.
Special hydraulic units to make punching, end forming, flattening, cutting, notching.
Suitable to punch steel, stainless steel and aluminium tubes having round, square and rectangular section. This machine is suitable to produce round and square holes with or without deformation. The machine is suitable for producing components for shelving, radiators, ladders, bed frames and similar products.
Completely automatic production lines with tube bundle loading devices, work benches for cutting, benching, sawing, punching up to the unloading, without the aid of the operator.
Manual equipment for end forming, swaging, calibrating and flanging steel, copper, aluminum and brass tube.
Its simple conception and reduced space assure flexible production. The two bending heads can work both in a simultaneous way or in a separate one and eventually they can work many tubes at the same time.
These are hydraulic units, simple and versatile. They can be associated both with standard workbenches and with real fully automatic production lines starting from a bar to obtain the finished product.
