As of April 2017, TexasRealEstate.com is powered by HAR.com and receives listing content through ListHub.

Broker level access can set the Office Participation in Matrix Input - Search for your office under the Roster edit options and select the “Office Participation Form:

NOTE: The TexasRealEstate.com selection no longer functions; the “syndicate listing” must be checked:

The office listings will now syndicate to the ListHub Network to all publishers:

Brokers must set up a ListHub account to control which publishers receive your listings.

Instructions are available on ntreis.net under support.

Here you will find information about all the ways listings, with your permission, are distributed.

The TexasRealEstate.com section now refers back to the ListHub information:

At the MLS level, NTREIS has allowed ALL publishers, as we feel distribution is a decision to be made by each Broker. A Broker’s Listhub dashboard provides the ability to turn publishers to Yes or No.

A Broker could set all publishers to No, and then use the “Filter” to search and select publishers by certain criteria. NTREIS has identified only HAR.com as an “MLS Preferred” publisher to make it easy to select for distribution to HAR powered sites, including TexasRealEstate.com.
