Introduction
Tranquility Chocolate Manufacturers:
Tranquility is a Chocolate Manufacturing company. This organization was formed in the year
2000 in ri !an"a. Main factory is fi#ed in the middle of Colom$o and they possess a capa$le
distri$ution channel. %nother two factories are situated out of Colom$o city and altogether more
than &00 wor"ers are wor"ing under the management of Tranquility The Company
manufactures and mar"et a wide range of products in 'arious mar"ets. The company is planning
to launch a product line consisting of different sizes of chocolate sla$( chocolate coated $iscuits(
wafers( candy and chocolate $alls encouraging eating low sugar( chocolate and pre'enting
dia$etes. The company mar"eting management needs to plan this $efore starting the production
