Your Support Makes a Difference!

Maricopa Community Colleges are dedicated to providing quality education

in the areas of fine and performing arts to students at our ten colleges. By

providing scholarship opportunities, your support helps these young artists

get the training they need to pursue their dreams.

Each year, our colleges host student competitions in fine and performing

arts. The works of the winning students exemplify creativity and innovation,

and showcases the wide variety of talent that exists within the community

college system. These amazing students are showcased each spring in our

Artists of Promise gala.

Artists of Promise is an annual gala performance and art exhibition that

celebrates and honors the winners of the Maricopa Community Colleges

student art, music, dance/choreography, theatre, film & media arts, and

creative writing competitions. This year’s performance will be April 20, 2016

at the Herberger Theater in downtown Phoenix. As always, the event is free

and open to the public.
