tHE StAllIon AI READInESS ASSESSMEnt (AIRA)

Stallion AI has developed a proprietary methodology, based on deep experience and aligned with global best practices, to assess the artificial intelligence readiness and software development and deployment processes within any enterprise. This assessment serves to establish a customized roadmap for future AI projects, applied research initiatives and integration of intelligent solutions. It helps guide executives on how best to adopt an AI and machine learning innovation culture across one or many government or business units.

This is a crucial step towards AI-driven digital transformation for any large enterprise in the public or private sector.

Stallion’s AIRA typically takes 2-3 days to conduct (depending on availabilities of client organization personnel), and includes:

the core assessment methodology focuses on these four areas that determine success in AI-driven growth and transformation:

The Stallion AIRA core methodology is based on industry standards and best practices, but the assessment is also adapted to the particular industry sector, mandate and objectives of the client. That is, the Stallion AI Readiness Assessment measures how ready the client organization is to meet their business objectives, not somebody else’s.

A short questionnaire filled out by selected It managers, business process owners and other employees.

Some of the typical issues and types of questions raised in the assessment are outlined below.

What are the organization’s long-term vision, strategic goals and measures of success?

How well are the goals, objectives and metrics communicated throughout the teams?

Is risk-taking encouraged? tolerated?

Is there a project-oriented culture?

Are employees rewarded for invention and innovation? How?

Does the worganization have a digital transformation strategy?

Where are they in the implementation of that strategy?
