The team• Paramvir Singh (Managing Director) heads the organization and has an

experience of 14 years in Boiler field added with an experience in organizations like Sembcorp Ashley holdings ,Take solutions.

• Mr K V Reddi (CEO) leads the organization with his management and engineering skills he has held many important portfolios in leading organizations like BHEL, Babcock Borsig Services and specializes in project management.

• Mr T.S Phani was the marketing manager with Thermax pune and later the channel partner for Thermax at Hyderabad, he has all the concepts of the heat recovery and thermal industry.



The team

Mr GVS Nageshwar Rao has been working with boiler manufacturing and fabrication since last 26 years in Thermal systems and AVU Engineers and knows all the details of fabrication with hands on experience as he grew through the ranks.

Mr Sadashivam has 30 years of experience in BHEL and followed up by reliance he has developed workshops and automation products for BHEL and Reliance. He has been awarded the best designer from Reliance. His last position was automation and fabrication head for Reliance offshore gas project.

Mamedala Raju has an experience of 22 years in design. He is assisted by team of engineers for thermal and mechanical design.
