Paragraph 5 – access to databank
The data bank was accessed 231 times between
1 June 2015 and 1 June 2016. This represents a
35% increase in the number of visitors of since
the last annual report. Since its creation in
2007, the data bank has been accessed 2244
times.

Paragraph 8 – Request for Assistance
States Parties have the right to request and receive
assistance in case of:
Chemical weapons have been used against a State Party
Riot control agents (RCA) have been used against a State
Party as a method of warfare
A State Party is threatened by actions or activities of any
State that are prohibited for States Parties by Article I of
the CWC.
