I agree with this finding research as it is

reveal the concerns that facing with student practical and can acquire the steps/ solution

to overcome this specific problem

-they were not clear about the differencesbetween classroom management and lack of student discipline in class and tended to use the terms interchangeably- trying to control the disruptive behavior. (unprepared to overcome)- Sharifah wrote: "I did not feel confident in my teaching as I felt unable to control some of the students in the classroom’".

Opinion :- the single most common request for assistance from teachers is related to behavior and classroom management (Rose & Gallup, 2005).- use hand signals and other non-verbal communication.- address behavior issues quickly and wisely.- always have a well-designed, engaging lesson

Concern 2 : Adjustmentswhich were either of an institutional type or personal nature

Institutional : how to take in to the norms of schools (environment) and relationships with other teachers

Personal : emotional concerns dealing with acceptance of schools staff and students by them as a trainee teachers.

- others concerns meeting up with their school-based mentors (expectations)

Opinion:- practicing the social skills to get along with people at school

- prepare mentally and physcially when entering a new environment- be an open-minded and take a problems as a new solution and

accepted the challenge

Concern 3 : Classroom teaching

- worried about "how" and "what to teach" , -some concern choose the correct methodology and techniques that appropriate.- using an English language

Opinion :

- knows througly the flows of the content- finding the techniques that makes us confident enough to be applied for teaching process- always practice speaking ( e.g presentation)/ public

Concern 4 : Student Learning- deal with students' understanding of subject matter and about their

personal growth and moral development. - suggested that teachers who had more concerns for their

students more than about themselves have reached a level they called ‘impact concerns’ : Fuller and Boun (1975)

- students play a truant and cause worry to the student practical as such habits could effect their understanding of subject

Opinion :- use the simplest examples around them and always make Q & A

sessions.- use atmosphere of the school feels like "home"

Increasing a practicing skills in T & L and elongate more

the time spending in practical session to student in oder to improve their confidency and give more time to them

to gain experience that confront by them during practical session and for further profession in this field.
