The DL4000 was designed from the ground up to

Video Transport System Overview

The DL4000 Digital Video Transport System is a new generation of universal video

transportleveragingArtel’smorethan25yearsofcarrierclassvideotransmission

experience. A small, rugged modular chassis, the DL4000 combines the space

efficiencyofa1RUchassiswiththeflexibilityofamulti-modulesystem.

DL4000 Chassis Options In addition to the base DL4000 chassis, also avail-

ablearetheDL4042,DL4000P,andDL4100.Thesechassisincreaseboththe

flexibilityandcosteffectivenessoftheplatform.TheDL4042isacosteffective

four slot chassis, sharing the dimensions of the DL4000 but with dual internal AC

powersupplies.TheDL4100isacompactunitthatholdsasingleDL4000based

module, and the DL4000P is a passive 4 slot chassis designed to house DL4000

basedWDM,CWDM,andDWDMopticalmultiplexers.
