ExploreCreateCollaborateWeek 1: Paper Model Dreams with Russell Kahn July 8-12 | 9am-12pm (12 Children Maximum)Dive in with inspiration from the interactive installation Dreams Can Come True, by Tectonic Industries! This week’s art making invites young artists to create a series of interactive sculptural explorations. Week 2: A World Imagined with Tara MorinJuly 15-19 | 9am-12pm (12 Children Maximum)Inspired by the work of Dan Mills, young artists will use maps and collage techniques to push the boundaries of real and the imaginary. Meld landscapes, and combine places to create new imagined landscapes from mixed media and paper maps. Working both independently and collaboratively, young artists will design mixed media artworks depicting countries and landscapes of their own.

Throughout the week, we’ll create a journal of painted sketches and ideas. *One day will be devoted to painting birds…
