n The project will consist of 305,000 square feet of retail, 929 multi-family residential units, a 47,000 square foot children’s museum and 170,000 square feet of cultural and art spaces
n Grocery box and anchor spaces are available with flexible sizes
n The project will be developed in two phases, allowing relocation opportunities for residents of Riggs Plaza Apartments into Phase I of Art Place at Fort Totten’s residential component
n The project will be registered for LEED ND certification
