ANAC formal request (20 AUG 2012) FAA requests ANAC Assessment Job Aid (10 MAR 2015) ANAC presents Assessment Job Aid to FAA (26 AUG 2015) FAA final decision to pursue MIP with ANAC (30 DEC 2015)

Phase 1 was concluded in 30 DEC 2015.

Regulatory Comparison in progress, to be concluded in March2017 (face-to-face meeting in Rio). In January 2017 thediscussion on the Special Conditions started and will continuealong the development of the content of the MIP. Somepotential Special Conditions may required decisions from theANAC Board of Directors and need to be further evaluated (ex:SMS).

In progress. Special Conditions under discussion. Necessary to agree on which differences must be Special Conditions in the MIP and which ones may be addressed through instruction/guidance procedures in the MAG.

Phase 4: Coordination ProcessExpectation to have MIP signed by the end of 2017.

After MIP signature it is necessary 1 year to develop the MAG.
