1. This school intends to "Provision of Shooting Club in APS Dagshai for the FY 2020-21. Thedetails are attached at Appx. Tenders should be sent by the firms under post/by hand in sealed envelope.The tender should reach the office of undersigned latest by 24 Sep 2020.2. Successful bidders will be intimated for negotiation by Bd of offr.3. The Work/Supply is required to be completed within the PDC ie 60 days from the day of placing

Payment will be made at the earliest after receipt of bills through multicity cheque drawn at PNBbank branch Dagshai only after compldtion of works in the school to entire satisfactiqn of the ProjectMonitoring Group/BOT. No advance payment will be made by this office in any circumstances. Nointerest will be paid on delay of payment.7. Please mention TIN/CST/GST No in your tender.B. Conditional tender will not be accepted.9. lncome tax, TDS and GST as applicable under rules will be deducted from the bills of the contractor.Photocopy of GST Certificate will be mandatory to be attached with tender documents withoutwhich tender will be rejected.10.
