TABLES AND CHAIRSWe will contact you two weeks before your event to �nalize thenumber of guests and set up the room accordingly. High top tables & linens are available for an additional fee.

ENTERTAINMENTIs allowed, but we ask that all entertainment ENDS ONE HALF HOUR BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT END TIME.

SOUND SYSTEMWe can provide a microphone for your event. Bluetooth speaker rental available for a $25 fee.

OUTSIDE FOODYou may bring your choice of food. ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH ARLINGTON LAKES GOLF CLUB.

ELEVATOR ACCESSWe have an elevator for those who may need it.

PLEASE NOTE: Arlington Lakes Golf Club does not allow any outside alcohol to be brought into

the facility. If outside alcohol is brought in, there is a $200 fee and guests will be asked to leave.

We offer affordable and reasonable packages for your event. Anyone that appears to be 30 years of age or younger will be asked to present ID. Prices are subject to sales tax and

gratuity. All liquor packages/ purchases are required by law to be taxed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & ROOM RENTAL FEESHow much is the security deposit? Will I get that money back at the end of my event? Is the security deposit deducted from the �nal bill?All guests are responsible for and will pay a $200security deposit upon booking of the banquet room. In the event of any damages by the renter or their guests, disobeying policies, or failure to pay for all charges they are responsible for, the renter automatically forfeits the security deposit. Any remaining security deposit will be returned by the Assistant Golf Operations Manager. THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AS A SEPARATE FORM OF PAYMENT FROM THE ROOM RENTAL FEE. ROOM RENTAL FEES ARE DUE IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

PAYMENTWhen is the �nal payment due?The final room rental fee is due in full on the day of your event. THE FINAL PAYMENT IS A SEPARATE FORM OF PAYMENT FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Final room rental payments will be accepted in forms of cash and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Checks over $200 are not accepted for final payment.

DECORATIONSCan I decorate ahead of time? Are there any restrictions with the decorations?We allow all guests to decorate 1 HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THEIR EVENT. ANY EXTRA TIME OVER 1 HOUR MUST BE ARRANGED PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT WITH THE GOLF OPERATIONS MANAGER. ADDITION-AL FEES MAY APPLY. Arlington Lakes Golf Club does not permit the use of glitter, rice, sequins, or confetti; candle sticks and candles not properly enclosed; scotch tape, masking tape, duct tape, command strips or hot glue guns. Decorations cannot be hung from the ceiling, vents, fire sprinklers or light fixtures. *Failure to obey the above restrictions will result inforfeiting of security deposit.

CLEAN UPWhen do we need to be out of the facility? What are we responsible for during clean up?All event hosts are given a half an hour after their scheduled event end time for cleanup and clearing out of the facility. Any extra time must be approved by the Assistant Golf Operations Manager. Additional fees may apply.

Entertainment must end one ½ hour before scheduled event time. Event host and guests are responsible for leaving the facility in the orderly state in which it was found, including but not limiting to the following:

(A) removal of all personal materials, decorations, anddirectional signs associated with the event

(B) removal of leftover trash, food, dinnerware, anddrinks from rental space and placed into trash cansprovided

(C) reporting all damages, spills, breaks, etc. ArlingtonLakes Golf Club sta� completes a walk through afterevery event with a check list to determine the returnedamount for the security deposit.
