Health and Safety Statement ARL Group considers Health and Safety to be paramount to all of the contracts they carry out. This is confirmed by our ISO18001 accredita-tion. As well as this accreditation, ARL Group permanently retain Prime Safety (Europe) Ltd as their independent Health and Safety advisers. As legislation increases, ARL Group intends to surpass any current or future standards in relation to Health and Safety and environmental con-cerns. ARL are proud to work hand in hand with the Health and Safety Execu-tive/UK Asbestos Training Association in the UK, the Health and Safety Authority in Ireland and Ministry of Manpower in Singapore in setting standards and advising on policy regarding all levels of asbestos removal and training issues, “The inclusion of the Health, Safety and Environmental policy in this brochure, confirms our commitment to this regime” (Quote: Stephanie Cook, Managing Director)

6. Environmental Statement

Environmental Policy ARL Group appreciates the impact that carrying out work processes have on employees, clients, general public, third parties and the environ-ment. The Directors and staff believe that through a strict and concerted ef-fort work place occurrence and illnesses will be reduced. The Com-pany has a policy of recycling and re-using as many waste products as is practical and reflect this in their ISO 14001 accreditation. This is out-lined in their detailed Health Safety and Environmental policy, compiled by their independent Health Safety and Environmental adviser. ARL are very aware of the impact of there work on the environment. ARL run a fleet of environmentally green Toyota Prius petrol/electric hybrid cars for all surveyors and management. Our commercial vehicles are the latest fuel efficient diesel powered models on the market. Where possible, all electrical power is generated by LPG powered gen-erators, reducing our carbon emissions to as low as reasonably practi-cal.
