asking “what can I do to be pro-active” rather than saying “no one told me”.

presenting information in a positive manner without blaming others.

discerning when your frustration or bad mood has nothing to do with those around you, then remaining positive with them.

giving grace when someone hasn’t done something when or how you think it should have been done.
