Debra C. Lowsky, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-languagepathologist currently in private prac ce based in Columbiaand Lugo , South Carolina. In her 30 years of experience,she has provided therapeu c services in public andprivate schools, daycare centers, preschool programs,home health, clinics, and long-term care facili es. Shereceived her BS in Speech Pathology and Audiology fromthe College of New Jersey and her MS in Speech Pathologyfrom Rutgers University. While trea ng infants andtoddlers with oral motor delays, she became frustratedwith the lack of tools for use in the eld of oral sensory-motor interven on. Debras husband John Lowsky, Jr.therefore decided to develop quality products in order to

ll this specialized need. As a mechanical engineer witha BS ME from Rutgers University, John began designingprototypes based on input from his wife and other speechpathologists and occupa onal therapists. Prototypes

We are excited to welcome you to ARKs 2011-2012

product catalog. For the past ten years, ARK has beencommi ed to developing quality products for individualswith special needs. In 2000, our journey began with theneed for a durable oral motor tool made out of medicalgrade materials. We developed the Probe, ProPreefer,and ProMini in response to that need, and since then wehave signi cantly expanded our product line to includesuch items as ARKs Grabber , DnZ-Vibe, Sip-Tip, andmuch more.
