The Ark Earth Proposition can only be mechanized through the World Bank Group. The Ark Earth Proposition can build upon existing Open-Data Governance (ODG) and Crowdsourcing as a tactical approach to the popularizing knowledge societies and the Knowledge Society Corp. Collectively, the effect is Ark Earth Brand is the Seal of Certification for applicable sustainable innovations in agriculture, industry, technology, and knowledge. Through innovation and capital investment the Ark Earth Proposition proposes: to strengthen economic regimes using the Innovative System as the locomotive for knowledge-based banking synthetics and to strengthen economic and institutional regimes by utilizing the KSC for production, management, and use of knowledge. to model, modernize, and deploy a sustainable civilization progression through the KSC Scientific Education Outreach Society (SEOS). to deploy a sustainable civilization progression as the product and service of the World Bank knowledge economy initiative.

Why the World Bank?

Knowledge Assessment Methodology

According to the World Bank’s Knowledge Assessment Methodology (KAM) a country needs four core strengths to adopt a knowledge economy:1) A sound economic & institutional

regime. 2) Education.3) Information infrastructure. 4) An innovation system.

Page 13: Ark Earth Foundation

The full adoption to a Knowledge Economy is best absorbed through the proposed World Bank crowdsourcing initiative. Economic viability will require knowledge providers to create the intellectual base essential to meet present and future ecological, civil and social equitability. Some of the anticipated changes include: A participating country’s IT work force and business models will

increasingly become more home based micro-enterprises. A participating country will require political, tax and tariff reform

as well as infrastructure build-outs using the Ark Earth Brand for KSC Certified sustainable energy, telecommunications, education, healthcare, transportation, and information trusts.

A participating country must be at peace and will require global membership to the Knowledge Society Corp (KSC). The KSC as a membership driven rank and file organization would operate under different economic policy a.k.a. the Knowledge Economy.

Crowdsourcing Civil and Social Changes

Page 14: Ark Earth Foundation

In order to survive this millennium Systemic solutions must take upon a systems approach. Such systems innovations would harness their symbiotic relationship as a unified working method. The use of Distributed Intelligence is essential to the innovation of systems. Distributed Intelligence provides for knowledge production among firms, research centers, institutions, universities, think tanks, consultants, and other organizations. The following criteria are results of Distributed Intelligence and the basis for creating a unified working method: Change and the ability to implement change. Information dissemination without structured

processes. The system must be declarative so that non-

programmers can manage and support the deployment.

Envisioning the T1C Progression

The T1C Vision serves as the catalyst to bring about ecological, humanitarian, and economic changes through the proposed Knowledge Society Corp (KSC). The core civil and social driving forces behind the T1C Vision provides: ecological preservation of species and the preparation for the confrontation of biomes challenged by natural and non-natural changes. humanitarian support for professional, scientific, and medical services by a global organization. economic advancement through a sustainable civilization progression using distributed intelligence to achieve knowledge driven innovations within systems.

Page 17: Ark Earth Foundation

Deployment of Knowledge Society CorpThe KSC is an organization made up of qualified participating countries resident citizens that will mechanize Systemic solutions through the efforts of the Scientific Education Outreach Society (SEOS). The Center for Civilization Values will create the Axiological Curriculums according to the SEOS.

Modern economics is made up of two components i.e., Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Gross National Product (GNP). GDP is what a country produces for its

personal consumption. GNP is GDP plus cross-boarders

investments by residents and/or organizational entities to expand upon its total consumption needs.

Maintaining Core Economic Regime

Page 26: Ark Earth Foundation

The country status would be assessed using value theory mathematics as a rating between knowledge transfer and individual client’s absorption. DKP – Domestic Knowledge Product

meaning how much knowledge is transferred within the core economic regime boarders.

FKP – Foreign Knowledge Product meaning knowledge transferred into a core economic regime as foreign direct investment.

GKP – Gross Knowledge Product meaning how much knowledge is produced verses in use for FKP knowledge transfers.A transfer is the production, management, or use of

knowledge executing a form of synthetic in the designated value chain

The very concept of knowledge societies makes for the expansion and coexistence of a new social-economic classation. The Knowledge Society Corp is a rank and file

styled organization made up of volunteers and paid professionals who meet the criteria for KSC Citizenship through education and membership.

The resident citizen would be considered to represent the existing cultural and historical social makeup of a participating country.

For example, in the US, a resident citizenry would be socio-economic culture identified as the lower, middle, and upper class.

Knowledge Society Corp v. Resident Citizen

Page 47: Ark Earth Foundation

The Knowledge Society Corp maintains its diversity by using complimentary knowledge that is structured to benefit all other collectives serving as organizations. The Knowledge Society Corp provides: a virtual organizations capitalizes on the mobility and

responsiveness of telecommunications to overcome problems of distance,

the key to the dimensioning of its own virtual relationships using responsiveness and availability to decide between alternatives, and

the technologically reinforced highest degree of ethical standards earned through membership to establish trust between any separated participants of the overall virtual organization.

Page 49: Ark Earth Foundation

The Knowledge Society Corp provides three key advantages in building economic sustainability. As a mechanism to establish a duel economy, the Knowledge Society Corp provides the required virtual organizational structure that creates sustainable progression for science and education which in turn establishing the basis for the Knowledge Economy. More product and service on less currency Creates an asymmetric equilibrium for the GDP & GNP Significantly reduces degradation factors that presently

burdens existing systems such as the unemployed and healthcare for the uninsured.

Knowledge Society Corp Establishes Economic Sustainability

Page 50: Ark Earth Foundation

The Knowledge Society Corp serves as a human-resource vehicle capable of meeting the desperate needs facing the human race. These needs are growing faster than the greatest nations of the world, who are prepared to admit, that there are needs for which no voluntary humanitarian pocket, no matter how loving or caring, can even be deep enough to satisfy such as: ecological concerns, species extinction, and the neglected needs for children and forgotten
