Mahoney on his appointment to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors for the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel (AADC). The AADC is a non-profit organization that was established in April of 1965. The organization is composed of defense attorneys who practice primarily in the area of civil defense litigation. The AADC is dedicated to the education of its members and the judiciary, and increasing community awareness of positive aspects of the legal Profession. “I am excited to be appointed to the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel,” said Max. “I look forward to working with the other board members to help drive the organization’s mission.” Mahoney focuses his practice in the areas of family law, appellate, and general civil litigation. He regularly assists client with divorce, child custody and visitation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, asset division, and other related matters. He earned a J.D. from Phoenix School of Law, and a B.A., cum laude, with a focus in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University. Mahoney serves as a Community Service Committee member for the Maricopa County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.
