“Lelu All u .. Lelu All u”

Conducting a film festival in the scale of ALIIFF is a

gigantic task. It involves quite a bit of hard work, and

planning. With so many celebrities in attendance,

one of the biggest challenge is “Man Management”

…. ie.. managing to ensure all the VIPs are wellattended to and their cares and concerns are

addressed.

It involves pleading, cajoling, sweet-talking,

flattering, charming, appealing, tempting ….. many

many more such tactics !!! …...the pic above shows

‘THE MASTER AT WORK’ …. One of our senior

colleagues, an expert in the above tactics ….

‘managing’ a guest at the event !!

Just look at that pleading face ! If you were angry at

him for something, wouldn’t YOU forgive then and

there??

P.S . The lady colleague of ours, also seen in this

photo, looks absolutely disgusted in the proceedings

…. She seems to be giving quite an EVIL look to our

esteemed guest!
