THE TEAM MR. OLUFEMI OGUNJE, FICA Mr. Femi Ogunje is a 1981 graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He did his NYSC at the Yola Metropolitan and Urban Development Board and joined Ajaokuta Steel Company Ltd in 1983 and worked in many departments before leaving in 1986 as the Engineer in charge of Lubrication & Oil Reclamation. Femi Ogunje joined the then Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Ltd (NIDB), now Bank of Industry Ltd (BOI), in January 1986 and rose through the ranks to become the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer in July, 2012. In 2004 he led a team of BOI staff to many parts of the world to engineer the transformation of the bank, the success story of which brought BOI to world recognition. He successfully led the team that implemented the Bank’s banking software in 2008, making the bank IT compliant. Mr. Ogunje was always an Agent of Change throughout his career in the bank. He developed a computer program for the bank in 2002, which continues to be relevant in appraising project in the bank till date. He was an in-house facilitator on Technical Appraisal of Projects while in BOI.

He voluntarily retired from the service of the Bank of Industry as General Manager and Head of Risk Management Group/Chief Risk Officer in July 2013.

A Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, and a member of Risk Managers Association of Nigeria, he was a member of the Board of Directors of BOI Microfinance Bank Limited and doubled as the Chairman of its Credit Committee. He was for many years, the President of the Bank’s Staff Cooperative Society, until his retirement in 2013.

He is a recipient of many awards including those from the Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State, the University of Ibadan Alumni Association and the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Apapa Branch.

MR. OLABANJI KEJI BALOGUN

Mr Balogun holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a member of the Economics Society of Nigeria. He joined the then Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Ltd (NIDB), now Bank of Industry Ltd, (BOI), in 1977 as an Economist. While with the Bank, he attended many courses both locally and abroad on Project Analysis and Management. Amongst them are:

• Project Analysis & Management, (in-house course moderated by the World Bank);

• Advanced Project Evaluation, University of Pittsburgh, USA; • Technical Workshop on Processed Fruits and Vegetable, Akosombo, Ghana. • Implementation of Money Laundry Act, organized by CBN.

He was a Resource Person/Facilitator in the Bank of Industry during various in-house courses. Mr. Balogun served in various capacities in the Bank of Industry such as Principal Manager/Head (Abuja Zonal Office), Principal Manager/Head (Agro-Industries Division), Principal Manager/Head (Solid Minerals & Engineering Division) as well as Head of New Business Development Division. He retired from the Bank in 2003 and has been in Private Consulting Business as a Business Development Service Provider. He is on the Board of many Companies in the country. MR. BABATUNDE OGUNJE, CPA, CMA, CGMA

Mr. Tunde Ogunje is the Manitoba Community Economic Development Lead at Nature United, a conservation NGO also seeking economic development outcomes from the overarching goal of supporting Indigenous leadership in stewarding their land and water. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of the United Kingdom (CIMA-UK) and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA). He also holds a professional designation in Stockbroking with Nigeria’s Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).

Tunde holds the Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Nigeria. He is presently pursuing a graduate degree as a part-time student in the Master's in Development Practice program (MDP) at the University of Winnipeg. It is a degree that focuses on Indigenous development - how Indigenous knowledge and experience can help shape a sustainable path for development, rooted in culture and identity. This has exposed him to various Economic Development projects and Initiatives and lots of teachings in Traditional and Ecological Knowledge.

He has over 15 years’ experience across Accounting, Financial Management, Investment and Finance, Business Management and Community Economic Development. Before he joined Nature United, he worked as Staff Accountant with Indigenous Management Group (IMG), a Management Consulting Company in Manitoba, Canada, engaging in Accounting, Consulting and Project Management activities primarily for First Nation communities.

Prior to relocating to Canada, he formed and managed his private Management Consulting outfit primarily using industry, financial and market information to develop strategies for clients’ Strategic Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Financial Strategy and other value-creating approaches to improving the quality of earnings. He also had some consultancy assignments in Development Practice related engagements. He was the Chief Operating Officer of Northbridge Investment and Trust Limited, a firm registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange as Financial Advisers, Investment Managers and Stockbrokers. He had other top management experience in the Nigeria Capital Market.

Before venturing into the Nigerian Capital Market, he had Public Sector experience with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria [FAAN] where he served as Internal Auditor at the Headquarters in Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, leading Investigation & Routine Audit teams to other Airports.

He has packaged and facilitated in several training engagements, teaching various topics cutting across Financial Accounting, Auditing, Finance & Investment, Capital Market Operations, Supply Chain Management both at In-house trainings and as External Consultant for other organizations.

He is the Special Adviser on Business Advisory Services and MSME Development for Rofenik Associates and Investments Limited.

PRINCE MORUFU A. OLOJO-KOSOKO, FCA

Prince Morufu Olojo-Kosoko studied Marketing Management at the Institute of Management and Business Administration, Uyo, Akwa-ibom State of Nigeria and graduated in 1984. He holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing, London. He is a Chartered Accountant, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has attended various Accounting and Management courses, seminars and workshops in and outside the country.

He started his working career with CFAO Nigeria Plc, (General Imports Division) in 1976 and returned to the same company after graduation and youth service in 1985 as a Management Trainee. He joined Modern Centre Supermarket Nigeria Limited in 1986 as a Manager. He left in 1987 to join Rasego Enterprises Limited as a Senior Manager (Sales & Accounts) and worked with the company till 1998. He joined BOI Insurance Brokers Limited (a subsidiary of Bank of Industry Limited) in 1998 and rose to the position of Chief Finance Officer (CFO), a position he held till 2019 before joining Rofenik Associates and Investments Limited as the Chief Consultant on Financial Compliance and Corporate Governance. MRS. MODUPE OLAIDE OLUFEMI

Mrs. Olufemi attended Birrel Avenue High School, Sabo, Yaba, Lagos where she obtained her Senior Secondary School Certificate. She then proceeded to the Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo Lagos, where she had her first degree, graduating with the Higher National Diploma in Business Administration in 2004. She has attended many courses on Entrprenuership Development and Project Analysis within the country.

Her career path includes working with the Office of Small Business Development in Ondo State and being part of the team that handled the ODSG/BOI N2 Billion Naira Matching Fund, during which time she displayed outmost dedication and commitment to work and achievement of results. In 2014 she joined the Consulting Firm of LAIDEM Heights Ventures as Project Development Partner, a position she held till 2017 when she joined Rofenik Associates and Investments Limited as Project Consultant and Head of Akure Office of the company. Within the short period of her anchoring Akure Office, she has executed numerous projects from start to finish, all of which have earned the company accolades.

Mr. Charles Uchendu is a practicing Estate Surveyor and Valuer with more than 20 years experience in the practice of Estate surveying and valuation. He graduated from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management in 1991. He is an accredited member of International Rating and valuation of Great Britain and Commonwealth (IRRV). He is also an Auctioneer of no mean stature, with a lot of experience in Insolvency Practice.

He had worked with Ezeudu Ikpa & Co. as Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Prince George Okoli & Co. as a Licenced Government Auctioneer. Ifeanyi Emoh & Co, as a Resident Surveyor and Valuer, and Umeh Ibeh Associates as an Associate Partner. He then set up his own firm, C. Uchendu & Co. in year 2000, engaging in Estate Survey & Valuation, Receivership, Auctioneering and Debt Recovery.

An indefatigable worker, Mr Uchendu is an Agent of many financial institutions and organizations for debt recovery, auctioneering and receivership. Amongst them are:

MS. ELIZABETH BUKOLA OLUNLADE

Ms. Olunlade is a 2008 graduate of Public Administration from the Lagos State University, LASU. She had previously worked with the University of Lagos (Systems Engineering Department) as Personal Assistant to the Head of Department and with Pentagon Technologies, Ibadan as Customer Service Representative.

She joined Rofenik Associates and Investments Limited in 2014 as Project Executive and has attended many workshops and seminars on Business Development, Human Capital Development, Risk Management and Office Management. An indefatigable utility team player, she is currently the Manager in charge of General Administration and Logistics at Rofenik Associates & Investments Limited. 1. ROFENIK FARMS . Rofenik farm, under the name 5F.com Enterprises, is a subsidiary of Rofenik Associates and Investments Limited. It is a fruit farming and animal husbandry business on about 50 Acres (20 Hectares) parcel of land, located along Yotomi Estate Road, Ofada Area, Ogun State. Our passion for Agriculture is built on our philosophy that man should eat fresh farm products for the sustainance of excellent health. This is captured in the acronym FFFFF, meaning Fresh Food, Fruits and Fish Farm, giving birth to the business name 5F.Com Enterprises. We rear a large and varying species of cows, goats and dogs. Its fruit department specializes in the production of fruits like Cherry, Sweet grape, Tangerine, Sadok grape, Pawpaw, Plantain and Moringa.
