Supervised micro-planning, streamlined GIS mapping and administered field monitoring of projects in

nutrition, skill development, livelihoods, drinking water and renewable energy impacting nearly 40,000 people

under the annual INR 30 crore Integrated Action Plan

Developed project proposal and designed a skill development project of INR 64 lakhs and coordinated

implementation by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), in hospitality, automobile training, natural fibre

management and communication skills for 500 tribal youth and women.

Conducted field research, designed baseline study and micro- plan, conducted financial inclusion training and

oversaw implementation of a pilot livelihood and self-entrepreneurship programme in farm and non- farm

activities for 125 women self-help groups.

Conducted primary research and designed project plan of INR 27 lakh for 125 tribal women self-help groups

to upscale sal leaf plate making enterprises, coordinated skills training and assisted in establishing supply

chain mechanisms.

State Nodal Officer (2013), MNREGA Impact Assessment Study for Department of Rural Development and

Panchayati Raj, Government of West Bengal. Developed the oversall study methodology and research

framework and oversaw study execution and dissemination of research findings in national workshop

Oversaw research, design, planning and monitoring of 110 Model ICDS Centres, ensuring extended coverage

of nutritional services delivery to 4000 children and 3000 pregnant mothers in remote tribal areas of 11 blocks.
