TransGrid has selected the Ariba Network as our procurement partner. This is an exciting opportunity to improve theway we work with our suppliers, from participating in tenders to automating the purchasing and invoicing process.
Suppliers need to complete the self-registration to access this functionality and be considered for participation inOpen Tender Sourcing Projects. As a pre-requisite, our suppliers must also be registered on the Ariba Network,which we use to manage our sourcing and procurement activities. Your participation is vital to ensuring we can offerthe most efficient and highest quality procurement and accounts payable processing possible.
This guide will assist you to:
1. Login or sign up to the Ariba Network
2. Complete the TransGrid Supplier Registration Questionnaire

Answer TransGrid Supplier
Questionnaire
Log in to Ariba Network
Click sign-up to register for an SAP Ariba Network ID (ANID)
*asterisk indicates mandatory question
Save as draft until all questions are complete
Submit the questionnaire once completed
Ariba Network confirmation email will supply your Ariba Network ID (ANID)
Send TransGrid your ANID and the name of your Ariba Network Administrator contact person

Tip: *asterisk indicates mandatory field – all mandatory fields must be completed to create an account
To create an account, enter your company & user account information:
Company information• Company name • Full address
User account information• In the ‘Email orders to’ field, add
the email address that TransGridshould send your company purchase orders to
Click Create account and continue

Product & Service Categories• Click Browse to choose all the product
and service categories your business provides.
• Click > to expand category to next level• Click + to add to ‘My Selections’ – from
any level• Click OK to update
Tip: You can add multiple selections
Tip: Click the Search tab and do a keyword search to find relevant product & service categories

No PO = no paymentPlease ensure you only provide goods and services once you have received a purchase order (PO). All invoices should reference the PO number.
Ship-to or Service Locations• Click Browse to choose all the
product and service categories your business provides.
• Click > to expand category to next level
• Click + to add to ‘My Selections’ –from any level
• Click OK to update
Tip: You can add multiple selections
Tip: Click [+] to select an entire category to add in ‘My Selections’ e.g. all regions in Australia

ABN Number• Enter your Australian Business Number
Tip: Acknowledge acceptance of Terms of Use & SAP Ariba Privacy Statement
Click Create account and continue• The Supplier Registration Questionnaire will
appear

Final step: your new account on the Ariba NetworkConfirmation email from Ariba Commerce Cloud
