5 Enter User Account Information

Username must be in the form of e-mail format Password should be record and keep privately in order to prevent forgetting password A request will be created once you “Check the box” that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use and the Ariba Privacy Statement and the “continue” button is clicked.

6 Check you e-mail inbox for message from Ariba
Check your e-mail inbox for a message from Ariba If you did not receive any e-mail from Ariba, you can click “Resend” or change e-mail and to send again

7 Activate your Ariba account
Click on the e-mail from Ariba; then, click on “Click here to activate your Ariba Account”

8 Complete Thaioil Group Questionnaire
You will be re-direct to your Ariba account. Thaioil Group Questionnaire will be automatic pop-up for you to complete are required fields. Required fields marked by an asterisk (*). First section of Thaioil Group Questionnaire is “Thaioil Group Disclaimer” Download content and read it carefully before answer “Accept”.

9 Complete Thaioil Group Questionnaire
After acceptance of Thaioil Group Questionnaire, second section of Thaioil Group Questionnaire will appear for you to complete all required fields Required fields marked by an asterisk (*). To prevent any lost of data during registration or to complete unknown data in the future, please often “save as draft” for future use. Your response will be submitted to Thaioil Group only if you click “Submit” button with no error message

10 Complete Thaioil Group Questionnaire
You will be notified to complete all required fields before submission To check whether your submission is complete, check status. It must be “Submitted by Ariba System”

11 Complete Thaioil Group Questionnaire
If you successfully submitted you first and second sections of Thaioil Group Questionnaire, it will show as this screen and it is pending for approval. You may be requested to complete third section which is specific questionnaire, pre-audit questionnaire, interview, or site visit in the future upon criticality of each category.
