    In Inventory Flag

    Flag in operation plan to indicate arrival of material in

    inventorySpecified for a Drop operation only

    Once this flag is specified for an operation, all subsequent

    operations are assumed to be in inventoryDrop Operation with In Inventory flag checked can be only be

    performed in a Storage sub

    Following transactions are initiated for the material

    when an operation with inventory flag is completed:Deliver transaction in Receiving

    Inventory receipt and Increment of storage (on-hand) stock

    Intermediate locator can be system suggested (using

    LPN Determination

    Received items can be consolidated in LPN using LPN

    determination

    Consolidation LPN can be system suggested (using

    system API) and the following consolidation criteria:

    Destination Locator (e.g. consolidate material going to E1.1.1)Operation (e.g. consolidate inspection material)

    Operation Plan Selection Rules

    Defines conditions under which a specific operation

    plan is selectedMultiple operation plans can be created in a warehouse

    Rules engine can be configured to select a specific operation

    plan based on requirements for an item Indicates physical location for execution of operation

    Intermediate Zone/sub-inventory/Locator is pre-specified by the

    user or determined using Standard/Custom API

    Final putaway destination is determined using putaway rules

    Default operation plans are used when operation plan

    Packing and Operation Plan Setup

    In 11.5.10 Packing can not be included as an operation

    within an operation plan. However packing can be

    carried out anytime during the inbound movement

    Using Packing Workbench while material resides in receivingUsing mobile packing transactions if material is in inventory

    Operation Plan can be configured to include a planned

    packing step in one of the following waysDrop material in a consolidation locator: Movement of material to

    packing station will be handled by packing workbench

    Drop material directly to a packing station

    Material movement requirements in a warehouse Move inspection required items from receiving staging to inspection

    station. Consolidate similar items in LPNs at inspection station

    Move full pallets (weighing >= 1000 KG) from receiving staging to P&D.

    Consolidate items going to same destination location for forklift efficiency

    Move full pallets from P&D to Bulk (BULK sub-inventory). Select

    destination location based on putaway rules

    Move partial pallets (weighing less than 1000 KG) from receiving staging

    to consolidation location for packing. Consolidate similar items to simplify

    packing. Pallets of same item are made at packing station

    Move partial pallets from packing stations to broken pallets area (CASE

    sub-inventory). Select destination location based on putaway rules Move full pallets from packing station to P&D. Consolidate items going to

    Putaway Execution and ATF

    An operation plan is assigned to all received items

    based on operation plan selection rules

    Operation plan as per operation plan rules is reassigned

    to received items in one of the following casesOperation plan is terminated in a receiving area e.g. an inspection

    operation plan or operation plan OP3 in previous slides

    User performs a drop at a locator other than the suggested locator

    Putaway location is re-computed using putaway rules

    when a new operation plan is assigned to received items

    ATF: Dependencies

    Defining operation plans or operation plan selection

    rules is not mandatory for performing mobile receipts

    Standard 11.5.10 WMS install seeded with default operationplans of type standard, inspection and crossdock

    Default operation plan mimic earlier inbound functionality and

    ensures backward compatibility

    Default operation plan is selected when operation plan

    selection rule fails to select an operation plan
