The following conditions must be satisfied in order to start Site Work: Tri-View Metro District Water - New Water tank has environmental study and design completed. May be

able to negotiate using a standpipe or booster pump in lieu of the water tank. Lewis-Palmer School District - Need letter of acceptance for location of elementary school on the site.

The district’s consultant approved the location contingent on the final grading plan. Colorado Fish and Wildlife Department - Need to approve channel enhancements. Has been through 90

day waiting period with no negative comments Tri-City Electric - Need to approve location of road which passes under Main Transmission lines.
