Nexus Small Group Ministry

Ministry Goal: To connect relationally, grow spiritually, and explore ways to share the love of Christ so that no one stands alone.

630 Choir Members

Commit to singing with the choir for the 2 traditional services on Sunday, plus attending the regular rehearsal on Wednesday evening, and any special rehearsals.

631 Praise Team-VocalistCommit to singing for the contemporary service on Sunday, plus attending the regular weekly rehearsal, and any special rehearsals.

632 Praise Team-Instrumentalist

Commit to playing for the contemporary service on Sunday, plus attending the regular weekly rehearsal, and any special rehearsals.

633 Handbell ChoirRinging handbells for church services and various special occasions. Attending regular rehearsals weekly.

634 Chancel Choir – Librarian

Makes sure choir music for each rehearsal is available for members at rehearsal. Files music in choir library after use. Maintains Choir Library.

635 Chancel Choir – Robe Room

Make sure all choir robes are clean and ready for use each week. Weekly 1 hour

636 Praise Team-Set up

Assist instrumentalists and vocalists set up for each worship service and take down after each service instruments, microphones, music stands, etc.

637 Technical Team-Audio Traditional

Person(s) to operate and monitor sound system for worship services in the Sanctuary and special occasions (weddings, funerals, etc.)

Weekly 1.5 hours

638 Technical Team- Audio Contemporary

Person(s) to operate and monitor sound system for worship services in the LEC Building and special occasions (banquets, concerts, etc.)

639 Technical Team- Video Contemporary

Prepare Media Shout presentations for Contemporary service. Attend weekly rehearsals & planning time.

Weekly 3 hours

640 Technical Team- Video Traditional

Setup and run video presentations when need for Sanctuary events.

1-2 times per year 5 hours

641 CD Ministry

Make sure audio recordings are made of both contemporary and traditional services. Copy audio onto computer network, and make audio cds for congregation.
