6 Seek the Lord while He may be found; Call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his way And the unrighteous man his thoughts; And let him return to the Lord, And He will have compassion on him, And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

SEEK \ˈSĒK\ VERB 1 : to resort to : go to 2 a : to go in search of : look for b : to try to discover
CALL \ˈKȮL\ VERB 1 a : to speak in a loud distinct voice so as to be
heard at a distance : SHOUT 〈 call for help〉 b : to make a request or demand 〈 call for an

Seeking and Calling:• are actions focused on God• imply an external need
HOW DO WE SEEK?
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33
So I gave my attention to the Lord God to
seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes. Daniel 9:3

Forsaking and Returning:• are actions focused on dealing with and leaving sin• are results of a need for change
