About i2IBM i2 Analyze is an enterprise intelligence analysis environment that enables information sharing and intelligence production with the flexibility of both web-based and rich desktop clients. It facilitates analysis of large volumes of data through an extensible, service-orientated environment designed to integrate into your existing enterprise infrastructure.

As analyze has become more important than ever, Arrow Education has created new i2 Analyst's Notebook and new i2 iBase courses due to demand.

Based on the feedback in the original courses, Arrow have created courses suited to all current software versions, whilist ensuring the content is relevant and up-to-date.

These courses are aimed at employees working in:

> national security,> law enforcement,> counter terrorism,> customer intelligence,> research,> financial, insurance, private and public sectors.

The new Analyst Notebook courses include a scenario created to help students understand how to use the software within the workplace. They will be required to identify intelligence gaps and make recommendations throughout the course to help further develop their analytical skills.

Our Capabilities

Our TrainersOur IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook trainers have collectively worked within the public sector for 50 years and spent 26 of those years working in an intelligence environment within the UK police force.

They have held the positions of Intelligence Trainer, NIM Audit & Inspection Officer, Intelligence Researcher, Intelligence Analyst, Senior Intelligence Analyst, Research & Analyst Manager and Force Principal Intelligence Analyst. Both trainers have a wide range of knowledge, skills and experience, which adds value to the training programmes. The have both used and trained IBM i2 ANB and still provide consultancy support to investigation teams to highlight the benefits of the software.

They specialise in intelligence analysis and IBM i2 ANB training and had authorisation to train students on behalf of the College of Policing (COP) on a range of training programmes. Both have designed and delivered many advanced level bespoke training courses for IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook, IBM i2 iBase and Northgate XD Mapping.

Both courses have been designed to meet the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Intelligence Researchers and Analysts. Exploring the theory of research and analysis methodology/techniques and how to apply them within an intelligence, performance or investigation environment.

The Analysis training focuses on the key analytical skills required in the workplace and is a 'lite' version of the Initial Analytical Techniques Course (also known as NIAT) previously delivered by the College of Policing.

By selecting a Research or Analysis course alongside IBM i2 Analyst's Notebook training which incorporates the same scenario, students learn the methods and techniques of effective research and analysis and how to utilise i2 ANB to support an investigation.
