Concept Wada system: The Wada system is such design in which the
rooms of the house (Wada) are paced at the periphery and a
courtyard is placed at the Centre where the doors of the room open
in . This courtyard forms a gathering space and open space for
functions or gathering and forms interaction spaces. Many families
lived together in this Wada together united.
Conclusion and implementation of the concept As this is LIG
project implementation of Wada system can be done . The planning is
done such that all the apartments are surrounding the open space
that naturally forms a courtyard as seen in the wades usually. The
arrangement is such that all the doors open in the central space
and also the entrances and exits are facing inwards.

Agra highway, Tapovan hotel, Garvare chawk, Nashik. Area: The area
of the site is roughly 7 acres in area. Slope: The site has slope
at the west corner as it is a mountain side Wind pattern: The wind
fluctuates from South-West to North-East The Design of the building
is according to the view point.
