PARIS XX - FRANCE

A 3 floors house for a 5 people family. IIn the ground floor, there is an office where the father’s work. A second door brings you to stairs which goes to the others floors. The first floor has three rooms for the kids. In the second floor the kitchen opens directly onto the living room, which has a dooble height and a bay window that is oriented to bring a maximum of light inside the house. Other stairs takes you to the parents suite that opens upon the double heigh living room.

The building is organised around a set back from the street. It brings more light inside the building and the ap-partment and opens a space for the vertical circulation.

LEVALLOIS - FRANCE

The music stage is designed upon a barge of 90 meters along the Seine. It is located in the docks of Levallois Per-ret, east of Paris. The docks are currently in a rehabilitation and the barge creates a new broadwalk in continuity of an hemicycle that already exists in the docks. You can walk on the docks, go upon the barge and catch back the docks in the other side, or just sit along the Seine and enjoy the music, read a book and take a sun bath when the weather alows it.

In this project, the spaces are organised by wooden mo-dules of furniture. In each rooms, the beds are upon a stage, and under each stage, the stairs can turn into tables or drawers, or long chairs where you can sit with your friends are roomates. The stage gives also the pos-sibility to stick beds if you want to, or pull up a separa-tion between them. You can rearrange the rooms as you want and adapt, suiting the will of the occupants.

In the heart of Saint-Ouen’s flea market, the 4th most vi-sited site in France. I wanted to set up in the plot links between nearby markets. The connections are diagonales and intersects creating a square at the center of the plot.The new flea market is all along these diagonales. Above the market are the housings whose circulation turns back to that market. This design creates two circulations , private and public , which do not intersect and allow the develop-ment of two different types of activities on the same plot .

ENSAPVS - 3rd YearExtend your house

For this project, I was inspired by the Polish pavilion of the Universal Expo Milan 2015, which mimics apple crates. Here I reuse real crates to form a structural whole. A primary structure allows to carry the crates . They form the envelope of the extension. The crates are also used as plant pots , and the whole creates a summer lounge with vertical planters.

A science fiction house designed for the superhero of the X-Men series , which controls metals. A magnetic field is used to make all parts of the house float. They are in-dependent of each other and Magneto can then use his powers to bring to him each one of the rooms he needs.

An urban design and architectural project of a new district in the province of Guang Zhou in China , the district 88. It is a square plot on the banks of Pearl River River in a dense urban area and typical of China . The program is comprehen-sive and complex to meet the demands of a modern district to meet the needs of the population who will live and / or work : a business center , residential areas , commercial spaces, hotels , sports equipment and school , cultural space.
