Project’s Logo

The project is attached to the ground solving the height difference between the path of the Castello a Mare and Ex-Power Station. It consists of two parts, one for the school auditorium and the other, connected by a trilith open to the landscape, oriented along the remains of the ancient fortification.

The Mestalla Stadium area, which will be demolished, is completely overhauled. The project is the result of an architectural complex which consists of a public multi-purpose space characterized by three pedestrian squares on different levels, and four towers designed for offices, apartments and a hotel.
